We’re looking for an enthusiastic, highly-motivated customer service representative to provide an excellent experience to our customers at The Shipping Zone. If you enjoy working in fast paced environment interacting with people, we would love to hear from you.
Job Details:
- Full Time 40 hours per week
- 8:30 – 5:30 Monday – Friday
- Pay hourly
- Deliver outstanding customer service to walk-in customers and telephone inquiries
- Service customer's shipping needs and offer various solutions
- Assist customers with all of the store's products and services
- Pack customer's items to industry standards
- Learn all product and services we provide
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Strong computer skills
- Problem solving skills
- Be willing to learn services provided and properly advise customers on most efficient and economical methods
- Teamwork / must be a team player with good communication skills
- Must be able to sit / stand for prolonged length of time.
- Must be able to lift / carry 60 lbs.
